About Me

I think I have been doing shades of counselling for a big part of my life. When I started my training, for the first time I felt excited about learning and leaning into a profession where I could support people.

Life is so many things, but difficult, challenging, uncertain and lonely can all be part of the human experience. For me, being able to be there for others when life throws things at them feels very meaningful.

I’ve been working for three years in a charitable agency, working with clients with a range of issues. As an integrative therapist, I can draw on a range of theories and tools to support clients.

I am an integrative person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I’m not directive, but I see the work as a collaboration that evolves over time.

At the heart of my practice is the relationship between client and counsellor, and I believe that is key to change.

I work exclusively with adults aged 18 and over.
