Yes. I offer online counselling as well as face-to-face sessions from my therapy rooms in Newbury.

There isn’t a set number of sessions, as everyone comes to counselling for different reasons and with different needs.

The relationship between client and counsellor is an important part of the work, and finding someone you feel comfortable talking to matters.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, which gives us an opportunity to talk about what brings you to counselling, for you to ask any questions you may have, and for us both to consider whether working together feels like the right fit.
-
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call before we begin counselling. I’ll ask you some questions about what brings you to counselling and you’ll have the opportunity to ask me any questions about the process or how I work.
You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with at this stage.
-
I am an integrative person-centred counsellor and work with adults aged 18 and over.
This means I can draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and adapt how we work according to your individual needs.
I’m not directive and see counselling as a collaboration that evolves over time. I may make suggestions where appropriate and also place value on psychoeducation, offering insight and strategies that may support you.
